How to get a no-install version with all the dlc/addons?

Not sure if it's even possible, now that Tome4 is so... advanced and intertwined with Steam!
if you don't like steam, then just go to the tome homepage (http://te4.org/) and download it there.
there is actually no need for installing it, just open the folder you download and drag everything into wherever you want it to be.
it automatically contains 3 mods (stone warden, vault and dev-tools) and as for dlc, well, you have to get them separately.
if you want more mods, just download them from the http://te4.org/addons/tome?page=1 and move them to the right folder.
