				Beta 1.3 Weak staff

				Just found the attached staff. The base power does seem a bit weak.
Also: the change in damage for the chosen element (light) is also low.
Looks like there is a factor 10 missing somewhere.

				It looks like it's a display error. The staff was generated with darkness element and then got randart-power slapped on top. Now the staff code thinks light is the staff element.
EDIT: hum, no, I checked and it is indeed a missing factor of 10. Somehow.

				Yeah, that's a 'light' staff.  The darkness damage is something it grabbed from being a rare.
Tier 3 staves should deal 20 damage with a damage range of 1.2 (20-24 damage).

				Thank you for your report. Randart generation indeed had faulty code which sometimes overwrote base item stats instead of adding to them.
The fix should be accepted into the main branch soon.

The beta build, out of the box, no add-ons (the sacrifices I make for my favorite game
