What happened to stone warden being available for us poor folks once the next new class came out?

Stonewarden releases for free when the next racial specific class comes out, is what I thought was going to happen (thus why oozemancer didn't count either). when the thaloren or shaloren get their racial class, stonewarden will be free, and elf class will require you to have donated...

pretty sure its not racial specific class its donator class and the next one is demonologist once its out stone warden should get main game inclusion.
