New brawler opinion & balance suggestions

First of all, my overall opinion. Brawler currently has very decent survival options as well as damage far overshadowing(hope it's a word) a lot of other classes including ranged casters. But I was always curious why DG was always afraid to make a melee character more damaging than a ranged caster or give them more survavability. Well yeah, nothing can be stronger than a wildfire archmage but still melee classes engage foes in melee which takes more risk and should be more rewarding. Brawlers are currently very strong, overall comparable to the strongest classes like solipsist, oozemancer or necromancer for example, but I think it's better to have all classes more or less equally strong than to have 10 weak classes and 5 strong ones so it's for the best.
Still there are things that I think need some nerfing:
- Highened reflexes give you ~300% global speed until you attack. Isn't it a little too much? The scaling is weird as hell(30% on lvl1, 300% on lvl5). Also maybe change to movement speed bonus like movement infusion or fraction of a turn?
- Take down seems to deal highest damage I've seen in game for its level in huge AoE. Lvl11 brawler can hit for 600 damage rather easily which seems awkward. Not sure it needs nerfing but scaling definitely should be changed.
- Butterfly kick and concussive punch are very weak aoe comared to takedown
And bugged things:
- Spinning backhand works if you're pinned. Maybe takedown as well.
- Flurry of fists breaks grapple(very annoying)
Afaik it was Shibari who designed this class. If so, keep up the good work, I'm enjoying it so far.
