Unlocked birth options count

Hi,
Trying to figure out what the last 5 birth options are. The only one I know is locked is Madness Difficulty. I am a donator so according to
http://te4.org/wiki/Unlockables I should have 34/35 (which is the amount I cant tell by wiki page). I'm showing 31/36.... Any ideas?

I know that there are cosmetic options. Female Dwarf Beards and Redhead. I don't remember what the others are.

Maybe poisons and the locked elemental magic trees?

Had a discussion a while back on the Steam forums about this very subject:

I think I located all but one, and the best we can figure the last one is something funky to do with Stone Warden. (# of POSSIBLE unlocks drops from 36 to 35 if you disable the Stone Warden add-on, but the number of things that ARE UNLOCKED doesn't change, even though obviously I have SW unlocked.)

I realized I'm missing ice. And also madness difficulty as mentioned before. That's 2.

Have you unlocked the other campaigns?

If you mean Arena mode and infinite dungeon then yes. Don't know any other campaigns, (would be a nice surprise though).

The Drolem is basically a cooler version of the alchemist' golem.
More campaigns would be a god*-send.
* A darkgod send, that is...
