I know. They're completely different games, and Darkgod is a nice guy. He might not even mind it personally. But Kixeye is well-known to be full of assholes, and with everything in the news lately to do with copyright trolling (i.e. King.com), it wouldn't surprise me all that much if there were legal contention coming out of Kixeye heading in this direction sometime in the future. Please be wary, Darkgod!

Yeah, given the disgusting crap that King is/has pulled, some precaution should definitely be taken over the name. Saying it now, if some dispute comes down and the name tome gets taken off, I will put it back. Regardless of legal troubles.

Garbage is garbage, and not to be tolerated, Darkgod please look into this.
