ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hi, I bought the game a while back on gamersgate but I'm not sure if I registered on the portal or not back then. I couldn't find any accounts associated with my email addresses using the password retrieval function, so made a new account. Trouble is my key is throws up already used or invalid.

Any help appreciated.
