Can't understand it's bug or feature

Hi all!
I'm first time in the Far East with my antimagic Cornac Cursed. I managed to get Runed Attam after clearing all tribes. And i guess right after getting Runed Attam I can't heal anymore. My regen infusion do nothing and my healing infusion became unavailable. I got no special status and character sheet ("C") shows nothing special. Is it a bug or maybe some Runed Attam effect? (I tried to drop it but it doesn't help)
