Stronghold vault storage

Previously I had 15 vault spots open and I decided DG is a swell guy and I need some more storage, so I decided to open up 5 more.
The transaction went through and I got the email confirmation but after 24 hours of waiting I still didn't have any more spots.
Is there something quirky in that or is 15 the maximum?
