Making the final parts of the game more interesting

Some people seem to find the final parts of the game boring och in some cases simply stop playing and instead start a new character.

I think that part of the problem is that the Prides feel like a long 20-level dungeon with identical level layout. How about making the different Prides feel more different from another? This need not be large differences. For example, maybe just make the house sizes different for each Pride?

Prides are 100% optional though. If you don't like them you don't have to do them. Endgame is when things get interesting, early game is the boring as hell part especially when you see it so often. The prides are not all the same either, one of them even has a crazy cross between breeding pits and somewhere else layout

What do you mean by optional? You need the orbs from them to unlock High Peak. And I fully support Pride overhauls. The necromantic Pride's overhaul was a good one.
