Three questions:

1. With a solipsist, does Through the Crowd mean I can't put them to sleep? It only says I can't damage them.
2. It says "friends of neutral creatures" - does it mean "friends or neutral creatures" ?
3. Does this include night terrors?

and btw, do night terrors benefit from Blighted Summoning?

I used it in 1.0.1 and I don't have any status condition AOE to try out so I can't answer that first part. But your interpretation of the typo is correct. Any creature that is not hostile to you will not take damage from your spells unless you specifically target them. So inner demons should be protected.
