Petition for Bigger fonts

At 1900x1080 even big size letters arent easy to read, any chance to make a bigger size font?
Also, when a character gets multiple effects, the text for those effects shows up either on top or too close to eachother, and they last too little for the work it sometimes take to decipher them.
Can the little status text popups above the characters last longer, be more separated, and in a clearer font?
