Does psiblades affect solipsist dream talents?

If I have psiblades, does my overall mindpower go up, thus improving my dream talents? do they help my dream talents in any way? or do they only help plain old Attack moves.

Sadly, the psiblades are bugged and currently don't have any effect on mindpower (and can actually decrease Willpower and Cunning if you don't switch them off when swapping mindstars).
