bad game addon version and online profile

I donated and I am playing a stone warden. My current character is not showing in my online profile.
The bad addon is 'lib-fix'. Some lore library thing. It showed up as 'green' in addons.
I turned it off and this character is still offline and not validated so I can't use the item vault.
any suggestions? I disabled the addon.
I found a really good tier 5 wand that i want to drop off.
