With no equipment on at all, and all possible sustained / spells etc off my character has -.5 (negative .5 per turn) life regeneration for some reason.

Started for no reason I can tell at level 45 when I was in the middle of a dungeon. I'm playing a cursed if that helps.

Can anyone tell me what suddenly caused this, or is it a bug? Thanks.

Check what you're carrying. In particular look for a dark rock...

Thanks, I should have looked harder haha. Never expected a passive item like that in gem category though.

While I won't spoil them, it's not the only one. There are several others, so you should keep an eye on your gem tab for some passive effects. I'm also surprised you haven't run across a certain one for the tool slot either. There's even some plot items with passive effects like that. (Also, surprised you haven't run across one of those by level 45 too.)
