I've been playing this game for a little over a week now and have been really enjoying myself. About three or four days ago I saw fit to donate. I donated through paypal, which told me the transaction would take about three days to process. I waited three days, and a bronze donator badge has appeared on my profile on the website which I assume means the transaction completed, but I do not have my donator perks unlocked in the game. Yes, I am logged in to the site when I start the game and I am also logging in through the game itself. And yes, I have tried restarting my game multiple times with multiple combinations of being logged in and out. Nothing I do works. I was told on the in-game chat to come here and make a post about it. So yeah. Any help would be appreciated.

Which unlocks are an issue? I'm assuming with the bronze donator badge, you have a green name on the in-game chat now, if not it's not picking your donator status up at all, which has happened before, and DarkGod has fixed.

If you're referring to specific unlocks, redheaded cosmetic option still has to be EARNED, before using it. Even IF you're a donator, you have to have earned it at least once before. (Or earn it after)

Custom character tiles, exploration mode, and stone wardens should all be available however; though if your computer does not connect with the server before loading/starting a game, it won't pick up. I'm assuming you've tried waiting until the version information appears?

Also, there was a minor server outage yesterday, during which new characters could not access the custom tiles, but that fixed itself quickly. Unlikely that this is the issue, since you have tried multiple times. (If that was still an issue, main Te4.org site wouldn't be loading either)

I can't access the stone warden, custom tiles, and I do not have a green name in-game. I quite simply do not have donator status as far as the game is concerned. This is confirmed by me going in to the "addons" option on the main menu and the "Stone Wardens DLC Class" is marked as "Donator Status: Disabled".

I have the same problem here, I donated but in game, I can't choose the Stone warden.

But perhaps because I have to unlock something ?

Well thanks, Darkgod, but there's apparently no need. I just logged on to check one more time before I sent you an e-mail and lo and behold, I have my donator status now. My best guess is that paypal took a day longer with the transaction than they were supposed to. Either way, all is well now. For me, anyway.

Yeah ! I have the Stone Warden, but I had to unlock another Wilder class (Summoner) to gain the access.

Should this be under bug forum? If you choose dwarf first, wilder ought to light up so you can choose stone warden, if it wasn't, that seems a bug that should be addressed.
