ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hey guys, I did this today:

I don't know if I will do many of these, but it was pretty easy and quick to do. If you know anyone who might be interested in an intro to the game, please feel free to link to my video.

I am presently uploaded part 2, which has better resolution for youtube, is more interesting, has fewer gaps in commentary, is more informative, and has probably a third as much of me saying UMMM. I'll edit this post with a link in about an hour when it finishes.

Probably a good idea to disable the online chatbox though as it sticks out quite a bit while all this sheer madness is unfolding.

It seems like you have an autopickup function activated - I can not find it in the options. I have to pickup each item by hitting 'g'

And, I have never seen a trans chest to pickup - is this usually found in the early game?

Prssmith; the auto-pickup is enabled when you get the transmogrification chest, after you complete the Lake of Nur for the first time on a character.

Great---I hope you do, in fact, end up doing many of these videos across the spectrum of classes as time rolls on as legible, quality play is still incredibly uncommon for the game as well as your putting good energy into it all.

Was one of my thoughts while watching this.
Interesting to see how others play the game.

Totally worth it, especially considering your weapon upgrade with all the stuns you can do.

Heh, perhaps the game should automatically dump players into the level up screen each time it happens!
