Does the tactical talent menu actually work properly?

On/off does. Yet I set my summons talents on 100-1 or 1000-1 & notice no difference.
Also I notice the AI wont touch certain talents on or off. While I realise there are good reasons for this, I could not get my alchemist to repair my golem. This talent may be better avaliable to AI.
Setting talents on & off can be a pain on an alchemist. I'd find it a little less hassle if I could do it straight from the talent menu or hotbar. It'd be much quicker if I could switch every thing to off then switch a few back on. Alchemists I generally just want to bomb & staff when not controlled. Summoners I usually just want to pump out summons.
On a related note, I'm having troubles getting my summoner to stand still. I can anchor him to a 1 square radius, I'd rather him just sit still on his safe square. Maybe an AI setting of "flee" might also be useful, on ranged he'll still charge & swap if a summon blocks his line of sight to the target.
