ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Hi,
I'm tried to do the Tempest Quest which I received from the Anti Magic town . I didn't do it immediately when offered and now have no idea where it is! I tried talking to folks in the anti magic town no luck. My memory is that in the magic town you would ask and they would send you. But that does not seem to be the case with the ANTI magic town. I tried wandering around to spot an icon but no luck. Please advise
First time I've gotten to this level and really would like to try

The entrance is in the northern mountains, near Daikara. You might be able to check your quest log to find this out, but I'm not sure.
