b38 does not actually support Windows 2000

Trying to run t-engine b38 in Windows 2000 (SP4, Update Rollup 1) results in a Procedure Entry Point Not Found error. I'll write in the text if you want, I'm not posting it right now because (AFAICT) Win2k doesn't let you copy and paste from popups.
I'm not surprised by this, and wouldn't really care if Windows 2000 support were dropped. However, Windows 2000 is currently listed as supported... So it might be a good idea to update the supported OS list at some point.
