1. For spell with duration, does this fire throughout duration or only on spell casting?
2. For AoE spells, does this fire per NPC hit, or once?
3. Can on hit spells critically hit?
4. Do on hit spells trigger chance for other on hit spells if you have more than one?
5. If 4 is true, could a theoretical infinite loop occur, so that two or more on hit spells keep triggering each other?

1. every time it deals damage
2. against every NPC it hits.
3. it can crit normally
4. and can trigger other on hit spells (assuming it is a spell)
5. The only loop I can see working involves Corona, which limits it to less than infinite due to resource drain (unless, of course you get resource leech)
IMO, they can be quite broken. Positive feedback loops are not possible using only items that I can think of, as there are not enough items that give talent on hit/spell.
