heroism infusion anyone?

Anyone use these? I can never find a reason but maybe I'm missing something.

One or two times, for putting armor or reaching stat for talent and replacing heroism with useful infusion/rune afterward.

I got some that scaled to +20 or so due to stat stacking. I used one to boost my stats for sustains as a Mindslayer (which IIRC is fixed now).

I seem to encounter them whenever I've already got four good inscriptions and one running inscription (a slot that's more for utility). Heroism would be a good test candidate for passive inscriptions...
