ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I have two Problems I really don't understand... I don't know if those are bugs or "intentended" (or both...), thats why I'm posting here.

Archers hitting me with Acc way lower than my def:
Last one was e.g. 51acc vs my 71def. It seemed to be able to consistently hit me.

Stuns or Confusion don't work, for no (obvious) reason:
Inspection shows no confusion/stun resistance, physical save is waaay lower than my physical power (e.g. 35 save vs 79 power) and the attacks where hits, of course. I think this might happen only with uniques.
The skills I used are Dual Strike, Dirty Fighting and Skullcracker.

Had this problems with my marauder, can't really speak for other classes in b35.
Is there anything I overlooked that could cause this or is it simply bugs?

Edit: Oops, was wrong. But anyway there is problem with daggers and physical power.

I think the problem with daggers is that knife mastery does not give the physical power it should. I used sword+dagger, though, and maxed weapon mastery so its probably not a dagger problem.

Well, ok. 80 hits and no ideas what I could have overlooked, so I will post this in bugs.
