PLaying doomed for first time
1. Do doomed attacks use physical or spell critical chance?
2. For bonuses on cursed gear, how do you know which bits are beneficial?
3. What is the blood meter for? Tool tip gives life info.
4. How exactly does deflect damage work?

1. they can't crit on any skills, except for Dark Torrent (spell crit).
2. the beneficial effects are good for you, detrimental ones bad? I need a better explanation to answer properly.
3. blood meter is forthcoming healing from unnatural body, gained every time you kill an enemy, turned into HP constantly until gone.
4. Deflect damage builds a shield that blocks half of incoming damage, recovering its strength over time. For example, if you have deflect damage at 50, and are hit by an attack that would normally deal 20 damage, you are hurt 10, and you deflect 10, leaving you at 40 deflect damage.

2. I meant in the description. THey should be coloured?
4. How does it affect hate regeneration?

2. There is no way to tell where attributes of an item came from (beneficial curse, detrimental curse, base item, ego effect etc...) except by knowledge of the game coupled with logic.
4. It reduces your hate by 0.02 every time it recovers strength, which is once a turn when it is below maximum strength.

2. Does this apply to 'special effects' also? I'm not sure if 4% chance of teleport is good or bad.
4. As hate regeneration is so important, would you skip this talent?

The teleport is meant to be a detriment. I keep the damage deflection ability on all the time as a Doomed, and I can't say I even notice the charging penalty. In general Hate management doesn't seem too bad for Doomed.
