bug fixing

I was wondering, when DG say "fixed" to a problem it means that if i download again the game it will a corrected version? or is a list of bugs that we will find fixed in the next release?
If you are just down-loading each beta release as they come out, then fixed means that it is fixed for the next beta.
You could download the latest SVN but that means that nothing is guaranteed to work and things could very well break on you without notice or warning.
