Weaken desease

Ok.

This elven cult mage cast a Weaken disease spel upon me.
I can not move.
But I dont despair, I have a Wild infustion that cures mental, hex, curse and disease.
But nothing happened!

This was a serious setback, as two of those pesky mages pummled me with their spells.
I managed to switch place with one, who escaped with a phase door spell.
The other one kept on attacking, but I stood up until the weaken was over and I managed to run into him with Movement infusion and kick his arse.

Should not the Wild infusion hace cancelled the effect?
Or did the second mage cast a weaken spell the moment I cleansed myself?
Not completely sure here.

Did you have any other detrimental effects on you at that time? IIRC Wild infusions only take off one effect. It could have happened that the other mage hit you with a weaken disease, but it is unlikely, as (I think) diseases are random between Str, Dex, and Con. (so it would be a 1/3 chance if he had cast it at the right time)

Not sure.
It is possible.
Ill keep a better look next time.

I also switched from stun gear to disease gear.
I remember those weaken spells killed me last time I entered this dark and scary crypt.

The reason you were unable to move was because you were encumbered; your strength was lowered to the point that your maximum encumberance valued was lowered as well.

Wild infusions randomly remove one effect that they can handle at a time.

You very well could have been hit with Weakness Disease twice; as Lukep pointed out; this is only a 33% chance, but it happens often enough that this could have been the case.
