Online server crash?

Everything was fine until a few hours ago when I noticed no more messages through the community chat. It seems that nobody is connected and the chat dialog doesn't do anything...
I noticed the site was down after loading a beta 21 character, then seeing red writing proclaiming I had changed to dev profile because there was no online profile data.
Booted up my browser, tried to access te4.org, but failed.
