ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I just killed the toughest Weirdling Beast ever.
The daft wimp had 2 regen, 1 healing, and a wild infusion.
Next to that, he had a shielding rune and a manasurge rune.
Not only did he have those, he used them as well, even when stunned.

I spent like 30 minutes fighting him, with him regenning/healing up back to 100% all the time, and me too.
Finally, it seems he got paradox problems, because I suddenly got a buff from him, Disrupted Continuum it was called I believe, upping my temporal resists.
From there on, things went downward for the beast. I did some more series of normal attacks, to get my stamina back up, and finally was able to stunlock and kill him.

But.. So.. NPC bosses can exceed the max of 5 infusion/rune slots it seems, for this beasty had 6

No bosses can not.

The weirdling beast is special, its infusions/runes are *not* random, always the same.
Other bosses can not get that much infusions & healing stuff. It is special

Ah. Okay. I've never notived that before, the other times I met him (in version b19 with an Alchemist, b20b with an Anorithil and b21 with a Corruptor) he died rather fast and easy.
