ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I started playing the game recently with beta 21 and I have an issue with the character vault. I can't see my online characters from my profile.

I did create my account in an earlier build, created a character and that is all. Now, I tried to use the account that I created a while back with the new build and I can't see any characters nor my new one is listed.

My game account is : Moonlight

But, when I'm inside the game and connected through that account, it says that online profile is "Frederic-Hutow", which is my real name.

When I try to enter the URL given at the bottom of the game screen (with Frederic-Hutow), it says the page does not exist. If I try to do the same URL but entering "Moonlight", it works fine.

What am I doing wrong?
