Movement infusions

Okay. I played like, one character in the arena with these things, and I have to ask... when's the nerf coming? To quote myself and another, and save time to introduce the issue, here's a snippit of IRC conversation:

21:13 Frumptastic Seriously. Plus it's like the next best thing to a perfectly aimed CPD. So you cooldown all you stuff AND you get to get out of danger.

Try it, discuss it. Hopefully we'll have a few theoretical solutions to these things within the next week or so, and coded fixes by the time the next full beta rolls around.

In the mean time, abuse these things while you can.

Just a quick thought by me - cooldowns and regeneration effects should probably only be altered by GLOBAL speed, not movement, spell, shooting, attacking, ect speeds.

Technically movement infusions increase global speed but they could do movement speed instead in which case FM's idea would be a good one.
