Inner power question

I have inner power maxed, with enhancement mastery 1.2, mag 44, but stat increase only 3. Is it OK, or I'm missing something? IIRC it was +5 at max before.

It's actually a cap of +11 now at tlvl 5 - but you REALLY need to bump up your spellpower to get it that high - it doesn't scale badly or anything, it just forces you to raise magic really high to get a really good reward.
