how can you counter their darkness spell? Using a wand to get some light doesn't do me any good.

There's only one way to undo magical darkness. It's an activatable non-random artifact....

eh that sucks, cant get my wrymic past that defend the jeweler quest, cant detect enemies at all so they just slip past me.

If you stand in one spot they will all walk past you. It can actually be easier because the casters can't see you and will keep walking until they're next to you

actually found that spot, but i couldnt one shot them all and so id have to chase it. Then kinda spiraled out of control from there.
