I know precision strike delay weapon speed.
Eden Guile don't accelerate weapon speed - it's still 1.0
So what does it actually accelerate?
What does essence of speed accelerate?
Is essence of speed the same as Eden Guile? are the stack with each other?

Global Speed = How Often you can act (more is better)

For the rest less is better.

Weapon Speed = How much energy swinging your weapon costs

Spell Speed = How much energy casting a spell costs

Movement Speed = How much energy moving costs.
