Can't create (or login?)

I am trying to create an online profile, but it keeps saying I must try again later.
It happens when trying to create or when I try to install. I thought it may be because I don't have a firewall exception for it on windows, but adding it didn't help.
Any suggestions or reasons for it?

Erm... No. Why what am I spamming?
Anyway, this is actually resolved now, I created a login on the web, and could log on from there. Though it is a bug if that the in-game account creation is not working properly.

There was a spam post inbetween, but the mods have been quick to clean it up. If it wasn't for the links in the sig I wouldn't have really guessed it was a spambot at all, since it mentioned the topic of discussion as well as bringing up both yours and Gandolfo's names.
The world is becoming a scary place :(
