ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Playing a not typical berzerker: one with slings or dagger with shield, but still able for two-handers, i would like to be able to switch hotkeys when i switch weapons. Steady shot is obviously not possible with a two-hander and deathblow and berserking not with a sling.

Don't know if am the only one who plays away from main stream and does a warrior who can fight with everything in his hands.

the 'x' key will switch your active weapons set to second weapons set. after which you may wield a second weapons set. after this the rest should be obvious. hope this helps.

I was meaning that:

wielding a twohander:
1 would be stunning
2 deathblow
3 berzerking
...

while wielding sling and shield:
1 normal shooting
2 steady shot
3 aimed
...

So you have a weaponset A and a weaponset B. And if you press x then the hotkeys would be swapped from A to B setting.

that's right

theres 3 pages of hotkeys, default is 1 through =, then those again with ctrl and shift. page up and page down changes pages. you can just switch to different pages when swapping weapons.

a completely different set would be nice though.

I kinda like this idea
