A dumb troll named Bill

So, I entered into Trollshaws(5) on my lvl 2 summoner (leveled clearing path to next zones unfortunately) today...
After clearing out the entrance of a troll, and popping meditate, I was instantly dinged up to 7. Apparently Bill had decided to spawn in a lake... and stayed there...
Damn, one level off of the achievement, for doing absolutely nothing.
