ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I have to say I love the addition of the bloodthirst tree - it makes such a huge difference for survivability for the berserker class. Not quite so suicidal taking on groups anymore. Love it.

Still working out how to best use it, but unstoppable in combination with phase door/teleport is proving to be amazing.

It is certainly making me rethink how to use the new abilities in combination with other standard issue skills; very much enjoying the process, thanks!

lvl39 and counting... (though I recently got stuck with unlimited speed, first time in the far east and its turning into a cakewalk bah)

My thoughts - use it in conjunction with the dirty fighting tree. Backstab will allow you to get a lot of criticals and boost your hp recovery to insane levels.

I still have yet to really try it out, though.
Hey, what if berserk added to your critical chance as well? That would be cool.

I did a backstabbing hobbit berserker and it worked pretty well.

Granted he died to a software bug just as he entered SWL so I don't know how well he would have held up (was level 22 though and doing pretty good).

(the software bug was my fault, coding and playing on the same copy of tome)
