I've been looking through the forum posts and can't seem to find an answer to this...

How do you talk to your golem in order to change its equipment? Running into it just switches places and there doesn't seem to be anything in the command list.

Just cast Refit Golem when Golem's health is at its maximum. It will display a dialog with talk options instead of healing it.

Edit: just checked the code, actually the above statement should be "when Golem's health is greater or equal to its maximum" (maybe it could happen due to some effect, or whatever)

Speaking of which, what can them golems use? Or is that a spoiler question?

Somewhat related... Can you talk to the other "P" NPC's in the towns? Or do you even have to? Would give the game some nice flavor, if nothing else...

For those NPCs that you can talk to, you talk to them by bumping into them. If bumping into them swaps you, or does nothing, then they don't talk.
