I was a good ways through Moria and doing beautifully, then my daughter made a noise. I looked up to check on her and accidentally took a bunch of turns at once - dead. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHH

Moria also... probably thought you were in the clear after dispatching The Master.
Never play the same character again after a tough loss, it's bad for the greaving process.
