Summoners in beta5

Just started an Elf Summoner (no, silly, an Elf who summons things, not... never mind). I'm not sure whether the changes I'm seeing are intentional or not.
When I gained level 2, I only had 1 stat point to invest, instead of 3. Maybe this was because my initial stat allocation put me in debt...? If I had -2 stat points to invest after birth, and gained 3 points at level 2, that would account for it.
I have the Rage [s]talent[/s] ability, but it does not show up in my 'G' (Talents Levelup) screen. I believe it's from the augmentation category which is currently unavailable. This leaves me wondering how I managed to get a point in it. It must have occurred at birth. I'm not sure why character birth would have put a point into a skill that's not available. Was it truly desperate? Summoners have a slew of talents and not many skills available. (Until I scrape up 50.00 gold or so.) Maybe char birth couldn't find any available skills to put that last point into, and gave me Rage because it thought breaking open an unavailable category was better than hoarding the point. Or maybe it was a deliberate decision, to boost the class just a bit to make up for the "wasted" skill points and lack of talent points that I'm going to be suffering through during the early game.
