ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

Thanks for thinking of us OSX folks!

a couple issues though on the latest download:

First- the download page has the OSX download labeled as windows (guessed which one it was based upon where OSX was listed in the Beta 1 downloads). it was a .dmg at least (t-engine4-osx-1.0.0beta2.dmg)

Second- it unzipped fine, but won't start up. I get an OS pop-up with the message "You cannot use this version of the application T-Engine with this version of Mac OS X"

This is a MBP running 10.5.8.

Neil told me that it would maybe require 10.6, he will look into it :/

Same for me (OS 10.4.11). If it will require Snow Leopard that'll sting quite a few Mac OS folk. Guess most have upgraded to 10.5 or have it by dint of an Intel Mac, but 10.6 folk seem to be jumping through hoops to get all but pretty much 0-day software to run - a lot will hang back.

Talk to neil there, you should be able to work out with him, as he only has 10.6 he cannot be sure it'll work without a tester.
