Character Vault API

Hello.
Recently I found a post in the news section, from 2014, in which a set of APIs to the Character Vault was provided. I've been meaning to use them in order to gather some info on successful builds for all classes/races. However, when I try to access the link provided in the news section, I have 502 Bad Gateway.

Is this set of APIs dead?
