Is there a development roadmap?

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a (even an approximative one) roadmap for the development of the game. I've looked inside the wiki or on https://git.net-core.org/tome/t-engine4, but couldn't find anything.
I was thinking about something simple, like http://trac.wildfiregames.com/roadmap, or just the use of Milestones on Gitlab, for example. It's mainly out of curiosity (to see what race / class is going to be buffed or nerfed), but it's to know where to eventually help if I find the time too. I suppose everything is coordinated using direct chat?
