[1.3.0] Auto-use icon missing

I usual gear-shaped icon for auto-use talents is missing:
The same issue is the talents dialog as well as the right-click context menu on the skill bar. It just shows a black box in its place. I'm using the Windows beta client linked here.
On a positive note, the revamped talent icons look nice! Also, are 1.3 bug reports supposed to go in the Dev forum or Bugs forum?
