ToME: the Tales of Maj'Eyal

I have introduced a dozen players to this game, and not one has survived the boss in the tutorial. Considering these players include several roguelike veterans, i was quite confused, so when i tried it again and asked for more details, the problem was always the same. The runes and infusions need more clear instruction durring the tutorial, as right now they are bairly covered, if at all. The archery part of the tutorial can probably be omitted now as well, all the starting classes are in practice either always archers, or never archers.
