please, make blood of life and similar consumable items to not go into the chest automatically, it will be consumed anyway. unlike the black ring, it doesn't require a spoiler to understand its effect, and there is a possibility of an extremely unfun situation, like my recent mage found blood of life and misclicked leaving the level ;_; it was unintentionally transmogrified, and, since i play roguelike difficulty, it basically cut my chances by half (or one/third if i find the ring too) without possibility to improve it, it's the worst item loss ever possible.

Considering that someone could stack up Blood of Life/Ring of the Dead and just use them over and over using the Item Vault, they probably ought to be both classified as plot items.

That would fix this issue as well, in passing, since plot items get automatically picked up and put into the inventory rather than the box.

Actually, I just picked up the Heart of the Sandworm Queen, and it went to transmo chest, even though it's a plot item (or at least I assume it to be, as the name is in golden font like with other plot items)

The golden font signifies a fixed artifact (as opposed to a random artifact, which is an oranger shade of gold). Plot items are denoted by the phrase "Plot Item" in purple text written below their name.
