[PATCH] Actor-based movement mode option

Another B34 patch, but it's a small one.

Here's a short and quick addition to my movement mode (bump attack) patch that's already been implemented in B35. This patch introduces an option that allows the player to choose if he wants to use actor-based movement modes. If the option is enabled, bump attacking will be enabled/disabled on a per-actor basis. This allows alchemists to not have to worry about accidentally trying to melee anything with the convenience of not having to re-enable bump attacking when switching to their golem. Bump attacking is always enabled for every actor (and the game) by default.

By default, this option is disabled (meaning that the movement mode setting is game-wide, rather than based on who you're currently controlling).
