Why doomed got nerfed?

Limited the power of Doomed knockback spells - looks like their damge was cut like 50%. I dont get why cos they never looked like overpowered to me.
Could we revert it?

I think what was limited was the extra damage from being knocked into walls/obstacles, which could be extreme?

The trouble was that bosses with Doomed abilities were one-shotting even level 50 characters by bouncing them off walls with Willful Strike and Blast and such.

Willful Strike alone was very, very good. Enough to juggle most bosses. I haven't played a Doomed since the change, not sure if it went too far. The only really straightforward damage spell for Doomed is a tier-three talent. :/

Willful Strike is still very, very good. I figure this (or a similar talent) is the leading cause of what I consider unfair deaths for my characters. Willful Strike is a guaranteed hit. It cannot be saved or defended against, and it cannot be blocked by having other actors between yourself and the Doomed. If it can see you and you're within it's range, you'll get hit by Willful Strike every four turns. A cooldown of 4 seems killer. It used to be I would die instantly from the first knockback. Now it takes a couple of knockbacks, which happen far too quickly.
