Arcane specialist tree

Here is a sorta impulse creation of mine but edge2054 and I did brainstorm together
Some of the names should be changed and balancing needs to happen
Arcane spreed - fire 9 projectiles at a 3*3 area
Arcane transfer - when you deal arcane damage there is a chance that you will steal good magical effects from them and give them bad magical effects
Mana drain - deal damage to target over 5 turns - deal 1/10 of damage to actors around it. if the target has mana they will lose 30 mana a turn and damage dealt is increased by 30%
Arcane conversion - X% of damage dealt is arcane
