Manasurge rune balance

I think that Manasurge runes, as they currently are, are unbalanced. They make resource management far too easy for mana users, without equivalent effects being available to everyone else. In order to balance this for all classes, I would replace manasurge runes with the following two inscriptions:

Rune: Mystical Energy Surge
Recovers (30-90) mana instantly, and increases mana regeneration to (600-1800)% of base for 10 turns. 30% chance of the rune being generated with each of the following:
+(10-30) positive energy, +(1.0-3.0) regeneration.
+(8-24) negative energy, +(0.8-2.4) regeneration.
-(30-90) paradox, -(3.0-9.0) regeneration.
+(15-45) vim, +(1.5-4.5) regeneration.

Infusion: Natural Energy Flow
Recovers (20-60) stamina instantly, and increases stamina regeneration to (600-1800)% of base for 10 turns. 30% chance of the rune being generated with each of the following:
-(5-15) equilibrium, -(0.5-1.5) regeneration.
+(1-3) hate, +(0.1-0.3) regeneration.
+(8-24) psi, +(0.8-2.4) regeneration.

Another solution would be to remove manasurge and equivalent runes entirely, and make mages rely on manaflow and natural regeneration, much like everyone else. Thoughts/ideas/worries?

i like it, every one who don't use mana don't have any energy supply, but paladins and anorithil don't need it at all with spell with negative cost.

Mana users are designed around the fact that they can regen mana.
Stamina users are not (or when they are they are given the tools directly).

Stamina and mana may function similary but they are not the same and will not be treated the same :)

I agree with DG. Archmages would be severely crippled in the early game if manasurge runes were removed.
